I'm an operations and business analyst, and the messy problems are my favorite: the ones with no clear process, tangled requirements, and decisions stuck waiting on data nobody has pulled yet. I've worked through them in healthcare, consumer tech, and technical services.

02 · About
I'm a strategy and operations analyst with a Master's in Analytics from the University of Southern California. My favorite problems start as undefined chaos. A tangle of manual spreadsheets, undocumented handoffs, or a process nobody has mapped. I turn them into systems that run without me.
I've done that inside a Level I trauma center's radiology division, on the floor of a technical-services firm building its ERP from zero, and across consumer-tech research. What stays constant is simple. I talk to the people doing the work, find where time leaks out, and back every recommendation with numbers.
I'm fluent across the tools that make that possible, from SQL and Tableau to process mapping and requirements gathering. But the real skill is translation: turning what stakeholders, operators, and leadership say into workflows and roadmaps they will actually adopt.

04 · In Their Words
From a Level I trauma center physician, a university supervisor, and a project lead.
"Beulah's ability to work at the intersection of analytics and clinical operations is exceptional. She combines technical mastery of Python, SQL, and Tableau with the communication skills to collaborate with clinicians and administrators. The team presented to the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Quality Officer and received praise from the highest levels of hospital administration. I recommend her enthusiastically and without reservation."
"Her performance was exceptional. Beulah expertly handled complex datasets, played a key role in creating an efficient ETL pipeline, and contributed significantly to our model architecture. Through synthetic data enhancement and hyperparameter tuning, she substantially improved model accuracy. Any organization would benefit from her expertise."
"Beulah was consistently reliable, proactive, and often the first to volunteer, staying late when extra support was required and bringing a solutions-oriented approach to her work. Her professionalism and teamwork made her someone both staff and students could rely on. I highly recommend her for any role that values dependability, initiative, and collaboration."
05 · Off the Clock
Most of my weekends happen outdoors. Usually that means a long drive into the Sierra, a trail I've been meaning to hike, and way too many photos of the same mountain. Working my way through California's national parks has quietly turned into a hobby.
